How to Register

​​To get to our registration page, simply click on the registration link at the bottom of the class page of any class for which you'd like to register.

Each student must fill out a separate registration form -- even those from the same family. HOWEVER, our registration system does recognize family registrations, and you will be invoiced ONCE and be put on the Family Membership level.

Every registration requires a $25 deposit (either by credit card through our system, or by email transfer to arts.roundabout@gmail.com. Once we receive your deposit, we will proceed with your registration and invoice you for any remaining fees.

Upon registering, you will be asked for your credit card information. If you NOT wish to provide your credit card information, you may register by using our CONTACT US form. Please provide: the student's name, age (if under 19), desired program(s), and a contact name/email number. We will then send you an invoice; however, we must receive payment within two weeks of sending out the invoice or your place in the class is not confirmed.

if you give us your credit card information, you have the OPTION of choosing Auto-Pay or having us send an invoice instead. If you choose Auto-Pay, we will take the required fees of your credit card and send you an itemized invoice and a receipt. ​ If you do NOT choose auto-pay, and we send you an invoice, we must receive a payment within two weeks of sending out the invoice, otherwise your place in the class is not confirmed.

Nanaimo Young People's Theatre classes: The registration links at the bottom of NYPT classes take you to the NYPT registration page --which is separate from Roundabout.

Paint with Kelsie: The registration links at the bottom of Paint with Kelsie event take you to the Paint with Kelsie registration page --which is separate from Roundabout.
